Grounded in Islamic principles and solid work with Muslim Filipino communities, this program equips humanitarian and healthcare workers, religious leaders, teachers, project managers, and community members to apply an Islamic framework in preventing and responding to humanitarian emergencies and in designing sustainable community development programs — including the core principles, guidelines, and intervention pyramid used by international NGOs.
