6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla NURturant Consulting (“İşletme”) tarafından, aşağıda açıklanan usul ve esaslar çerçevesinde işlenmektedir.

2. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları çerçevesinde, aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• Ürün ve hizmetlerin satış süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, sipariş alınması, ödemelerin tahsil edilmesi, ürün teslimatının gerçekleştirilmesi
• Satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin sağlanması, iade, değişim, bakım ve onarım işlemlerinin yürütülmesi
• Müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi, müşteri taleplerinin ve şikayetlerinin yönetilmesi
• Pazarlama, reklam ve promosyon faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi, kampanya süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası
• İşletme’nin ticari faaliyetlerinin sürdürülmesi, iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve uygulanması
• Bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, sistem yönetimi ve veri güvenliğinin sağlanması
• Muhasebe ve finans süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
• Hukuki süreçlerin yürütülmesi, mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
• Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına bildirim yapılması, denetim süreçlerinin yürütülmesi

3. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Bu kapsamda işlenebilecek kişisel verileriniz şunlardır:

• Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad, soyad, T.C. kimlik numarası, doğum tarihi
• İletişim Bilgileri: Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, teslimat/fatura adresi
• Müşteri İşlem Bilgileri: Sipariş bilgileri, alışveriş ve işlem geçmişi, teslimat bilgileri
• Finansal Bilgiler: Ödeme ve fatura bilgileri, banka bilgileri (işletme sistemlerinde hassas ödeme bilgileri saklanmaz, sadece işlem verisi tutulur)
• İşlem Güvenliği Bilgileri: IP adresi, log kayıtları, şifre bilgileri
• Pazarlama Bilgileri: Anket yanıtları, alışveriş tercihleri, kullanıcı davranış bilgileri
• Hukuki İşlem Bilgileri: Yetkili kurum ve kuruluşlara yapılan bildirimler, hukuki süreç kayıtları

4. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi

Kişisel verileriniz, elektronik ortamda (internet sitesi, mobil uygulama, e-posta, çerezler, çağrı merkezi) ve fiziki ortamda (yazılı formlar, sözleşmeler, teslimat belgeleri vb.) toplanmaktadır. Kişisel verileriniz;

• Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası için veri işlemenin gerekli olması (KVKK md. 5/2-c),
• İşletme’nin hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi (KVKK md. 5/2-ç),
• İşletme’nin meşru menfaatleri gereği veri işlemenin zorunlu olması (KVKK md. 5/2-f),
• Açık rızanızın bulunması hallerinde (KVKK md. 5/1)

işlenmektedir.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde öngörülen kişisel veri işleme şartları çerçevesinde ve işbu Aydınlatma Metni’nin 2. maddesinde belirtilen amaçlarla;

• Tedarikçilerimize ve iş ortaklarımıza
• Bankalar ve ödeme hizmet sağlayıcılarına
• Lojistik, kargo ve dağıtım hizmeti sunan firmalara
• Vergi, mali danışmanlık ve hukuk hizmeti sunan üçüncü kişilere
• Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına

aktarılabilmektedir.

Yurt dışına veri aktarımı yalnızca açık rızanız alınarak veya KVKK’nın 9. maddesinde belirtilen şartlara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir.

6. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanma Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, veri işleme amacı için gerekli olan süre kadar ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen asgari saklama süreleri boyunca muhafaza edilmektedir. Süre bitiminde kişisel verileriniz, İşletmemiz tarafından mevzuata uygun şekilde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

7. İlgili Kişinin Hakları

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, kişisel veri sahipleri olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
• Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme
• Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Düzeltme, silme, yok etme işlemlerinin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
• İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
• Kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

8. Hakların Kullanımı ve Başvuru Yöntemi

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi;

• Yazılı olarak yukarıda belirtilen işletme adresine bizzat elden,

iletebilirsiniz. Başvurularınız, başvuru usulüne uygun şekilde tarafımıza ulaştığı tarihten itibaren en geç otuz (30) gün içerisinde değerlendirilerek sonuçlandırılacaktır.

9. Yürürlük ve Değişiklik

İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. İşletmemiz, yasal düzenlemelerdeki değişiklikler ve veri işleme süreçlerindeki güncellemeler nedeniyle metinde değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Güncel metne internet sitemiz üzerinden her zaman erişebilirsiniz.

3. Personal Data Processed

The personal data that may be processed within this scope includes the following:

• Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, date of birth
• Contact Information: Phone number, email address, delivery/billing address
• Customer Transaction Information: Order information, shopping and transaction history, delivery information
• Financial Information: Payment and billing information, bank details (sensitive payment information is not stored in company systems, only transaction data is kept)
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, log records, password information
• Marketing Insights: Survey responses, shopping preferences, user behavior data.
• Legal Proceedings Information: Notifications made to authorized institutions and organizations, records of legal processes.

4. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically (website, mobile application, email, cookies, call center) and physically (written forms, contracts, delivery documents, etc.). Your personal data includes:

• Data processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c),
• The company fulfills its legal obligations (KVKK Article 5/2-ç),
• Data processing is necessary due to the legitimate interests of the Company (KVKK Article 5/2-f),
• In cases where you have given your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) and for the purposes stated in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice;

• For companies that provide logistics, cargo and distribution services
• Third parties that provide tax, financial advisory, and legal services
• To the authorized public institutions and organizations

6. Personal Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of data processing and for the minimum retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Company in accordance with the law.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), as data subjects, you have the following rights:

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed.
• You can request information regarding the processing of your personal data.
• To learn the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
• You can request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
• Requesting notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
• You have the right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to you, resulting solely from the analysis of your processed data through automated systems.
• You have the right to claim compensation for damages if you have suffered harm as a result of an unlawful act.

8. Exercise of Rights and Application Procedure

Your claims regarding your rights;

• In writing, delivered in person to the company address specified above.

Your applications will be evaluated and finalized within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date they are received by us in accordance with the application procedure.

9. Entry into Force and Amendments

This Privacy Notice enters into force on the date of its publication. Our company reserves the right to make changes to this notice due to changes in legal regulations and updates in data processing processes. You can access the updated notice at any time via our website.
